The affected area could be rather small or take up almost half of the fruit. Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes tackles the root cause of blossom end rot and quickly supplies the calcium needed to stop blossom end rot.

Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes states per the product label for application: Apply SA-50 Brand Stop Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes as a spray using 2 tablespoonfuls (1 fluid ounce) per gallon of water. Apply as a thorough cover spray to foliage and fruit. Use at weekly intervals for at least 3 sprays. This material may be added to regular sprays fro insects and disease and is compatible with materials such as Malathion, Diazinon, Sevin, Dithane, and Neutral Copper. Do not use greater than the recommended rate or injury to the plant may result.

I need to stop blossom end rot, but need to protect my honeybees.

Can I use this on my avocado tree that has root rot? Already use it for my tomatoes.

Per the product labelSouthern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes needs to be applied as a thorough cover spray to foliage and fruit. The product label doesn't mention applying as a soil drench.
