    Thuricide was always green. I ordered it online and it's brown. Any feedback?

    How long I would have to wait to run the irrigation system to water the plants after spraying Thuricide?

    How do you dispose of Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control?
    A

    According to the Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control SDS you will need to call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. It also states never to place any of this unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

    Is Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrateeffective for killing or controlling bag worms on my green arborvitaes
    Locally I am told that only professional pest control companies have the insecticide that will do the trick.

    Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrate  is not labeled for bag worms. Bifen IT  would be a gret product for Bagworms in green arborvitaes

    Specific ingredients question: Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrate
    Does this product contain mainly soil bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis **subspecies israelensis**?? I want to use it on my indoor ponytail palm to eradicate some flies infesting the soil. If not, can you recommend a similar non-toxic product? Thanks.

    The Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrate contains 1.6% Bacillus Thuringiensis Kurstaki and 98.4% Inert Ingredients according to the MSDS sheet. This product is for outdoor use only so it cannot be used on indoor plants.

    EcoVia is a very good insecticide that is green. It is made with plant oils.

    Can Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrate be applied with a mist blower?
    A
    Southern AG Thuricide HPC Concentrate is not labeled for application with a mist blower. 
    MIXING
    SHAKE WELL before using - Pour recommended amount into 3/4 filled spray tank. Agitate and maintain agitation. Do not allow dilute spray to stand in tank more than a few hours. Combinations with most fungicides and stickers are not deleterious if used promptly. A Non-ionic spreader sticker, used sparingly, is recommended when applications must be made when frequent rainfall and heavy dews are anticipated. Do not combine with alkaline materials such as bordeaux mixture or lime sulfur During hot, sunny or windy weather, late afternoon and early evening applications produce better results. Apply to obtain thorough leaf coverage. Thuricide HPC, when applied at recommended rates, may be used up to the day of harvest.
    It is only labled to be applied in a sprayer. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

    What is the mixing ratio for Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control for sod webworms in a St. Augustine lawn?
    A

    Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control is labeled for use as a broadcast application for lawns.  Talstar P is a great option for sod webworms in your St. Augustine lawn.  It is best applied late in the day since they are active at night.     1 TBSP per gallon but how often should it be applied for best results ?

    Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control is not for use in lawns nor labeled for sod webworms.  We would instead recommend something like Bifen IT, applied once a month

    How much to mix with water
    A
    Per the product label for Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control

    Fruits and vegetables: mix 1.5 fluid ounces per 3 gallons water (1 tablespoon per gallon) for a hand sprayer and apply to all plant foliage to cover an area of 1,000 square feet.

    Shade Trees & Ornamentals: Mix 2 fluid ounces per 3 gallons of water (4 teaspoons per gallon) for a hand sprayer or proportional amounts for a hose-end sprayer following manufacturer's directions.

    How long does Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control stay effective on the leaf after spraying?
    A

    Apply the Southern AG Thuricide BT Caterpillar Control at the first sign of infestation and then reapply at 5 to 7 day intervals. This can be applied up to and on the day of harvest. Thuricide must be carried into the insects gut while feeding, and after ingesting, the worms will stop feeding and will die.
