If you are looking for a product as a contact kill spray that is safe for crevices and open air spaces of the home you can use a product like Microcare Aerosol. For a residual product to use along crevices, windows, and baseboards you could apply a product like Gentrol Complete which will last for at least several weeks on the surface continuing to kill anything that crawls over or lands on the treated surfaces. You will want to determine what species of gnat you have in the home so you can locate and eliminate the breeding site and source of it in your home.
