We have used this for 3 years now and our dogs can enjoy their yard without the worry of coming in covered with ticks. This has kept our yard mostly mosquito free too. We live in the rural area and our lot is half woods which gets it perimeter treated and seems to keep the buggers deep within the wooded areas. Thank you for offering this to the "common" homeowner. It is difficult to find elsewhere.

Best money I've ever spent. I sprayed my yard and perimeter with this stuff and it works fantastically. I'm in northeast Florida and the mosquitos and roaches are no joke. It's not uncommon to have at least one roach in the house every other night (even with MaxForce FC Magnum) and to be eaten up by dozens of mosquitos every time you step outside. Since spraying, I've been able to enjoy my open deck and work in the garage with zero pests. I even found 4 dead roaches belly up in the garage the day after I sprayed. I bought a quart which I figure is enough to treat my lawn and my parents' for at least a few years. Over 50 gallons of finished product for $1/gal versus $20/gal for an inferior product like Ortho or Cutter at the hardware store.

We started out having a horrible summer at the cabin because of mosquitoes! I can 't even over exaggerate it. We couldn't open the cabin door without five mosquitoes coming in. A friend told us about Telstar. We're back to enjoying our cabin again. There are literally zero mosquitoes since my husband sprayed the yard. It's a game changer!

In theory, using the same chemical over and over might eventually cause a problem, but I've been using this for years and so far it always works really well. The same product can be used to treat your house and also for lawn insect problems. I go around the exterior perimeter about four times per season and do the interior usually only once, and pretty much every insect I've seen in my house was dead already. I'm confident it's working because my daughter is quite vigilant concerning insects, so if there were any around I'm sure she'd report the issue very quickly :) .

I treated my lawn and yard with Talstar because of biting insects. We would do yard work and will be so itchy with welts forming for 1 to 2 days. We couldn't even see what insects are responsible for this...I suspect they're Noseeums. This product completely got rid of the biting insects after 2 treatments.

I have been battling little black ants in my kitchen and bathrooms for the past three years. The stuff from the hardware stores was very little help. I got great service from DoMyOwnPestControl, the product arrived early in perfect shape. Talstar One is based on Bifenthrin which is a pyrethroid insecticide that affects the nervous system of insects. It is a great general insecticide that will kill most insect in and around your yard including termites. Bifenthrin is virtually insoluble in water with a solubility of 0.1 mg/L. Given its low solubility, bifenthrin has high persistence in soil with a half life between 7 days and 8 months. It is the longest residual termiticide currently registered on the market today. Talstar One is highly toxic to fish since it is also an ATPase inhibitor. Aquatic vertebrates are much more sensitive to ATPase inhibitors than terrestrial vertebrates due to their high dependence on ATP synthesis in the gills to maintain osmotic balance. Talstar One is also toxic to most dogs and pets until it dries. For yard treatment where animals are kept, I would not let them back in the area for at least 12 to 24 hours. For Treatment I would cover your skin, wear eye protection from mist or slash and wear a certified respirator during application. I wear a heavy shirt with rubber gloves that goes up to my shoulders and jean. Once complete, just for safety, I take a shower after the treatment. It is a great product, I use it once a month on my yard with great results, but remember this is a commercial grade product with 7.9% of Bifenthrin and must be treats with much more safety than low grade chemicals from Walmart or Home Depot.

Stink Bugs

Good product, prompt delivery! Battling stink bugs in Virginia. I don't know if we are winning the battle or not. These critters are everywhere and awfully hard to kill, but this stuff seems to work better than anything I've tried so far. They don't drop dead immediately when sprayed but most do keel over in a few hours. If the goverment released these miserable pests to control lady bugs as the rumor has it, then they better turn loose of some DDT before they destroy all our homes and crops!
