It's easy to mix and use. There is no odor to contend with. I followed the instructions and had no pesticide hangover feelings, and I am VERY sensitive. My parrot didn't exhibit any anxiety when I brought him back into the house after the Tempo spray had dried. The mites are still around in fewer numbers, but I live in an older cottage, and cannot get a perfect seal, so I'm thinking that is the problem and not the Tempo. I will spray again after a month has passed.

We found some bed bugs in our sons room and we immediately called a local pest control company and we used them for several months with no results. They actually really didn't care just came in a sprayed a little bit here and there. I started to research treatments on my own and found Temp SC Ultra. I sprayed the entire house top to bottom, mattresses, box springs, furniture, etc. Now I did mix it way more than what they recommended but I tell you what we sprayed once per week for two weeks and they are totally gone. I would recommend this product and I didn't have any issues mixing heavy, heavy, heavy duty strength. I would also say to clean, clean, clean, vacuum a lot and wash dry everything often. You can beat these little bastards just takes diligence.

My yard was infested with springtails. It is true that they nest near an area where water is available. Without knowing it, I had an area that was puddling when I watered my grass. I first sprayed my entire yard with 16 ml per gallon of Tempo and a Champion sprayer and I cut down on my lawn watering frequency. Then I focused on the area where they were most found. Every two days I watered at night, or in the vey early morning (they are primarily nocturnal I found) and after watering, I used 16ml per gallon in a watering can and sprinkled the area with Tempo. After about a month of doing this, the numbers went down considerably, and after finding the puddle and pouring directly on this site, the springtails disappeared. I will continue to use this method every month or so for control, as I realize that new ones will continue to hatch for a while. But so far, so good. The key appears to be the method of finding the nest, and spraying at night or early morning AFTER watering so that they are actively searching for water and come up from the nesting areas for water. This is why I was never able to control them with a pest control company because they refuse to treat at night or in the early morning. THANK YOU DoMyOwn PestControl. Without you, I would still be a prisoner in my own backyard!

It is useless it does not kill roaches at all they dance on it. Please recommend me some thing effective for roach extermination. Thank you.

Don't be discouraged! Tempo SC is a great product but it is only one part of a roach control program. Tempo SC is not getting to all of those roaches that stay hidden and are likely reproducing. It also does not kill on contact, so you will not see instant results even if a roach is sprayed directly. Tempo SC will only kill roaches that walk over treated areas and receive a lethal does of the product. I believe this is the top product in it's chemical class. The SC formulation makes for even dispersion and good compatability with other pesticides. The high concentration makes it economical. I have experienced no phyto-toxicity with the product even at the highest label rate. The SC formulation makes for greater residual action and greater knock- down power.

This product was recommended as a possible solution to cheyletta mites, didn't seem to make much of an impact on my issue

We let you know that none of the products we carry are labeled for the mite you were targeting and we urged you to get an identification from a trained entomologist. Getting a proper identification is definitely needed in cases like this so you are not using products that will not work for your needs. We recommend contacting the entomologist at your local university system for assistance. We do hope you are able to get relief soon!

I received the product 2 business days after ordering. After watching the video provided, I treated my home following the instructions and have been very impressed. There is a pile of dead bugs under the porch light where they used to congregate and apparently the "professional" never treated. the "professional" service charged $42 every other month. He used maybe 1/2 gallon of treatment per visit. Following the instructions in the video it took ~2 gallons of treatment to treat my home. If I do the math it is costing me about the same for 2 years worth of treatment and doing a much superior job as I was paying for 1 month of "professional" treatment.

I used on heavy roach infestation in rental apartment and also on light infestation in my home (Los Angeles-summer 2013) This is a poor roach killer It kills maybe 50-60 % of the roaches on contact and the rest keep moving and persist several days after. I used a second application, but the results were the same. In contrast Raid Max kills 100% on contact. I can't recommend this product for roach control

I'm a landscape contractor that's been using Tempo for about 22 years. I have an Echo 22 cc motorized 5 gallon back pack sprayer with with an adjustable hand held nozzle that can spray 25-30 feet. I've done some serious spider extermination with this product. I gear up with a charcoal respirator, protective clothing, goggles, face scarf, long sleeves, and gloves because of the amount I'm spraying and I can't stand spiders. I've go into 100 year old landscapes covered in webs, and crawling with spiders, and ones I start spraying (and I can cover a lot in a short amount of time) spiders 30 feet away can smell it and boy to they become visible. Creepiest thing I've ever seen. 20 minutes later you won't find one spider. They're GONE, and they don't come back if you do a maintenance spray every to or three months. If you get a lot of rain then you'll need to spray more often outdoors. I keep some for the inside of my house in a 1 quart spray bottle and hit the dark areas and around doors and windows every few months and I don't have any bugs at all.

The instructions are poorly written. No instructions at all on how to use the weird bottle it comes in. Don't try to call the 1-800 number for help because they keep bankers hours and are not available when people would actually be working outside in their yards. Not going to comment in the actual product because I just poured some in the sprayer and mixed it up. I'm sure it wasn't mixed with the right proportions due to complicated bottle and horrible "instructions".

I thought the product was really good. Certainly time will tell but the exterminator came yesterday and gave us the all clear. I mixed it spray container, the sprayed bedboard, boxspring, base of floor, enterance only to room. Did the head board of bed. cease in side table. He saw no signs of bed bugs and that is what I wanted to hear. I used it twice since he was original here. The instruction were good once I found them because they looked like the label to me but you pull it off and unfold it.

I have heard that Tempo is the way to go for pest control. I also heard that it is pricey. Both are true however when mixing Tempo you use so little that the 8 ounce bottle will last for several seasons of bug killing. I got together with a few friends and we bought the case of six bottles at a great price.

This product was recommended by my brother who does landscape work and it worked great. We had used several other products that were applied the same way and did not have the effect Temp SC did. It is a relief to finally have a product that we can count on to save our trees from bagworms which we have battled for 10 years.

I bought this in hopes that it would help repel Asian beetles (ladybugs). I followed the directions and sprayed it along the problem areas of my home. Unfortunately it didn't work. It only kills ladybugs if they are directly sprayed. It does NOT repel them. I had ladybugs covering the south side of my house on the exact areas I had sprayed just 24 hours earlier. Also, The ladybugs don't die immediately when sprayed. The day after spraying I noticed green stains all over my house. It was obviously ladybug excrement from where they were stressed by the chemical before dying. Now I need to have my house pressure wash to remove the stains. I've ordered a lot of products from domyownpestcontrol.com and been please with easy purchase, UNTIL now. This product did not do what I wanted it to do. Now I have a bigger mess that I did before I started.

We apologize you did not receive the expected results. Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled to be an insect repellent nor contact kill insecticide. Tempo SC is meant to be used as a residual insecticide. This means that it typically takes 24-72 hours to kill insects that crawl over treated surfaces. Please let us know if you have any further questions. We are always happy to help.

I have spent the last half hour in an oddly gratifying manner- vacuuming up the disgusting little corpses of stink bugs and cockroaches. I had long ago given up on ridding my home of roaches, the unadvertised feature I discovered soon after purchase. Black Flag and Hot Shot thinned their numbers, they seemed to enjoy Raid, and while boric acid and diatomaceous earth helped I would still see the loathsome little buggers on a regular basis. I bought this product for an annual stink bug invasion which is more pronounced than normal. I ordered a couple of bottles of IGR hoping that the combo might thin the vile cockroaches a little. The few living specimens I have encountered this morning have been on their backs, flailing their nasty little roach legs frantically in the air. It brings an evil smile to my face. Die! Die, miserable vermin! You have vexed me for far too long! Your apocalypse is here! Seriously, the stuff works like nothing I have ever tried. You will not be disappointed.

I've been spray this product all over my house in & out and result was pretty good. All spyders, ants, roaches got beaten. They are not dead but they all came out from the holes and cracks layed on a ground. Yes, they were alive but they couldn't move well. So you have to swipe it and dump on trash. Look like it works on other bugs but some bigger spyders don't work. Only small size spyders (about your nail size). I may get immediate spyder killer. This is good product to prevent bugs in residence house. Not recommend for serious bug attractive business like a restaurant. Regular offices are fine. I was compare this product with Suspend SC. I picked Tempo SC because Suspend SC is not good for inside of house. You may use them but need to leave your home about 3-4 hours for Suspend SC. That is the reason why I pick Tempo SC. This one is fine as long as it dries. It only took 10-20 mins get dry. It was on summer in California. ^^

Sprayed this around my house and went on vacation for 10 days, came back and dead crickets all over outside. None made it inside. Took it with me to the lake house to try it on spiders. Sprayed my deck,foundation, eaves, and windows, after the second day we never had to knock any webs down. It used to be an every day morning job to clear webs off the deck, couldn't believe this stuff worked so fast.

I purchased this product locally for much more, but now that I have found it online will make future purchases here. Wow, this product put all others I have tried to shame. I fought pest problems for years before hearing about this product and this is so far above your big box store name brands it is unbelievable. I have fought the horrendous odors and running nose chemicals of major brands for years. This has taken the work and worry out of pest control. I wish I had know about this years ago!!! Just awesome stuff!!! Worth every penny!!! Lasts & lasts, Thanks to Bayer for a great product!!!

I bought a 8 oz. bottle and was questioned about it by a friend who saw it in my car. He mentioned that he had a big problem with ants that he couldn't get rid of, so I told him to try the Tempo. He was so impressed with the results that I gave him the original bottle and bought another. He thanked me profusely, and it made me feel good about another person who feels the way that I do about your products. This stuff is NOT a contact killer, it's a long lasting residual killer, and that's what some people don't seem to understand. I don't see ANY type of insect crawling around in my house now, even during the summer months, when they are at their multiplying best, so I know for a fact that this stuff is the bomb. Raid is a contact killer, but if it had solved my pest problem I wouldn't have come to you guys. The people who say this stuff doesn't work are really funny.

We live in central oklahoma...Built brand new house 1.5 yrs ago an been fighting with scorpions and centipedes and other creepy crawlers. I was ready to burn the house down till my boss told me about this stuff. Omg it works an last for months!!!!! Outside doesn't last as long maybe month. I spray outside every month. But inside I sprayed about 3 months ago an just the last couple days after spring cleaning I have found 4 dead scorpions and few centipedes. So don't tell me this stuff doesn't work an last! They were upside down an dead as door nail! I'll never ever use anything else. Thank you tempo!!!! cheaper then paying a professional to do it and I know my house is getting a good spray. Haha I like making sure it kills every last thing that's not a animal or human. And I love that it doesn't leave a smell, it's very safe around kids and animals. I got it on my skin and doesn't irritate me. I take kids and animals outside I spray the house and we go back inside. No worries .

Not sure if we have knocked out the chiggers in our yard, because it's early. I set them back some last year with multiple sprayings. Had to make the concentration stronger. Advice from DoMYOwn Pest Control was to spray in early spring a month apart, so I have done my April spraying. Will do May and wait to see what happens mid-June.

Easy to measure and use. Kills on contact, but not immediately. Takes a little while, to get under the ground and spread to the other insects below surface. The effects are long lasting. Even buying a sprayer it is way cheaper to use than the can sprays I was buying.

First use. Many casualties. Eliminated wasp infestation in bushes. Had more scorpions killed/impaired than ever. Optimistic that future treatments will help eliminate scorpion and earwig problem.

It did a great job on carpenter bees. I had to use it twice 7 days apart in the spring. I will probably use it again in the fall, hopefully it will do the trick as I have had a bad infestation lasting about 5 years but this stuff seemed to do the trick quickly. Works much better than Delta dust.

I am trying desperately to get rid of these little jumping bugs. They show up on my bathroom, bedroom and (this year) kitchen windowsills and floors. I installed 3 drains on the side of my house that they were coming in, in the hopes that all moisture from rains would be re-routed to the curb. Sprayed outdoors and indoors witht he Chapin Premier sprayer. It rained hard the same day. Within a day or two, they were back. so 7-10 days later, re-sprayed! Rained again! I have seen far less of them for sure, but they have not totally disappeared. We cleaned/cleared any/all debris from near the slab of the house, trenched and filled with rocks. Kind of @ my wits end. How can I completely get rid of these horrible little bugs???
