This was a follow-up order
By Cynthia on 01/18/2016
In November I ordered a kit (#2) to treat our house for bedbugs. I had been trying Lowe's brands, but not getting close to no bugs. After using the kit, I did not see any more live bugs, but one day we felt what might be a new hatch (or cling-ons from wherever we first got them). So I continued to use the products in the spirit of "repeat, repeat, repeat." I reordered the Temprid SC three pack to keep on spraying. Thank you Do My Own Pest Control for good products and good advice. I hope I never have to call you again! But I will recommend you to anyone who asks how we won the war against bedbugs.

The Bed Bug Wars........I Won !!!!
By T. on 11/10/2015
After a good 4 week fight against the Bed Bug Army I was able to declare Victory...I had to treat this like a military operation due to the fact that I had "Given Up" my living room and two bedrooms to the Bed Bugs..I took 2 of the 8ml tubes of Temprid, mixed with a gallon of water in a pump style sprayer and sprayed 2 sofas, side chair, futon, and one mattress and box spring...After the first spraying a lot of the Bed Bugs were killed, But no victory...A week later another double dose spraying, noticeable progress, retook one bedroom and a sofa, third week another full dose spraying, Retook the living room.the fourth spraying was just for any strays..I did not use the dust but I recommend it..Please take into account with my particular situation I did not realize what was in the house until the furniture was honestly at the "Throw It Away" stage, and also I had been "Feeding the Bed Bugs with that low quality stuff from Ace,The Home Depot and LOWES...So if you have a mild to moderate infestation one or 2 sprayings at 2 tubes first then 1 tube per gallon should do ya....On the second and third sprayings I used an old gallon Ortho Bug Spray bottle with that little hand held sprayer on it to not waste product like I did with the pump sprayer like I did during the first spraying since I had so much furniture to spray....Please follow ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON LABEL....This stuff is STRONG and not on the lower strength Ace,Home Depot and LOWES level and needs to be handled per instructions OK.

Like the approach
By Klear on 11/25/2015
Purchased for bed bugs. Can't judge the effectiveness of the product, I believe we only had one or very small quantity and I chemically treated on a weekly basis with a variety of products & powers & furniture leg cups. The single application packaging is great & unusual in my experience, hope others follow suit, it is correct for homeowners. Bayer answered questions well, so they are great. The DoMyOwnPestControl organization is superb, the chat ability and knowledge of the staff demystifies the process (!!).

Powerful and Convenient
By Walt on 12/08/2015
An easy and convenient way to prepare the exact amount you need... no measuring required. A very effective residual insecticide that I use to treat the patio-stone floor in my greenhouse, a surface full of nooks and crannies where those little roaches hide. No more lifting up a large pot to find a hoard of roaches underneath!

The Gift That Keeps on Giving
By Dee on 11/16/2016
I live in the Midwest, but a recent family funeral brought extended family from the East Coast. Unfortunately, they brought bedbugs.......the gift that keeps on giving. We discovered the problem 3 weeks after they left. Strange bites on the arms and hands. We threw out the box spring and mattress, bagged clothes, washed and dried them twice. I initially used JT Eaton spray and D.E.. They did not work and stragglers travelled from the initial infestation in a 1st floor bedroom, to the 2nd floor of our home! We bought encasements for the beds. Cimexa, Gentrol and Temprid, along with spraying every 7 to 10 days helped to eliminate the problem. It took 4 1/2 months to eliminate the issue, but I intend to continue spraying once a month to reinforce my efforts. It was a nightmare and I could not afford the thousands of dollars for the heat treatments that usually eliminate the bedbugs. I sprayed Temprid inside carpet edges, cracks, inside boxspring, tufts, under couches, on curtain and valances. A storage room I initially neglected to spray, began to show signs of mature bedbugs, but after spraying double strength, there were nothing but dead ones, lying around. Temprid is an effective residual killer and the Cimexa powder dried the little blood suckers out. Customer service reps were very friendly and delivery was prompt. Thank you!!!!!

This is the best product for bedbugs
By Will on 10/27/2016
The summer of 2016, I found out that I had bed bugs in four rooms in my house. I literally had a panic attack because of all of the stories I heard of bed bugs. I immediately started throwing away furniture. I brought a few sprays from lowes, but these products kill on contact, but aren't residual like temprid. Well, a pest control contractor told me about temprid and I ordered a few of the 8 ml packets, and I immediately started seeing results. I had to spray the entire house about 4 times, but after a couple of months, the bed bugs are gone. I followed the instructions, and I sprayed along the baseboards, and in the cracks throughout the house, around the beds, curtains, etc. This stuff works and I would recommend it to anyone! I also used this product with Hot Shot 8 oz Bed Bug and powder, so I would recommend that you use Temprid with a powder.

By Alexis on 12/04/2016
Temprid sc is great for bed bugs. Ive been dealing with this nightmare for a few months! Even with giving an exterminator come out wasn't enough. So i decided to give this a try with Cimxea and gentrol. 3 weeks no and no bites. Still have some left just in case they come back .
Did Not Work
By Pedro on 12/09/2016
I applied this product in my apartment and it did not do nothing about my roach problem, nothing at all.
Expert response:
We are sorry that you did not see the results you expected when using Temprid SC. For roach control, we do recommend to use a roach bait gel and an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) in conjunction with sprays for the best results. Temprid will help kill roaches that come into contact with it, but relying on sprays alone to eradicate an existing population will not give good results. Please take a few moments to review our Roach Treatment Gudie for more tips and information, and let us know if we can further assist you anytime!

Would have and will probanly give 5 stars if in a few weeks we do not find any more little buggers. So like alot of people that buy this the issue i have is with bed bugs! Nasty icky things and what a pain in the a**. We started off by washing and drying all clothes and bedding on high heat cycles and then rented a dumpster and decluttered our whole house and used mattress and box spring covers on all beds. I also moved all firniture and beds away from the walls and put climups under all legs of furniture. Last when i had a full day with no kids or wife i got out my 1 gallon hand sprayer and mixed one packet of the pre measured temprid with just shy of 1 gallon of water put on ruber gloves, mask and safety goggles. I sprayed all of the base boards and edges of the carpet in the house and on all of the seams and edges under the cushions of the couch, chairs and beds and ESPECIALLY THE BED FRAMES AND TOPS OF CURTAINS WHERE THE ROD RUNS THROUGH THEM.
Great product

No smell; no staining, no oily residue. A couple days later, I found some dead bugs on their back. Overall, I was very satisfied! The only suggestion I could make for the manufacture is to make the containers even smaller. One gallon was to much for me. Once mixed, it cannot be stored and one cannot squeeze out only have the tube since it is not clear and/or marked

It was my fault!
By Almost on 07/15/2016
I've been using Temprid, along with Cinemex(?) for several months. Spraying every 1-2 weeks FINALLY got rid of a 3 year problem! However, I bought a new bed, along with an encasement for it, and was going to move my old bed out. Don't ask me WHY I thought about taking the new $35 encasemen off of it, just know that as soon as I uncapped it, I felt the creepy crawlers on me! I immediately ordered some Temprid, sprayed, and left for a week that had already been planned. I've come back to NO itching whatsoever! I will keep some on hand at all times!
Great Stuff !

Temprid 3 pack
By Jcb on 05/14/2016
I have been doing weekly treatments for 5 weeks now, and I still don't think we are rid of these horrible bed bugs. I am spraying every area I can think of, heat-treating all of the bedding, and still we get bites. I guess the bugs have developed resistance to this chemical now, too. I'm going to continue treating each week, since the numbers seem to be going down, finally, but I had hoped to see results sooner than this.
Expert response:
It is VERY unlikely that a resistance has been developed due to the dual active ingredients. There are many areas you cannot spray and egg hatch can cause a delay. Have you reviewed our bedbug guide yet? Please note it can take several months to gain control depending on the infestation and the possibility of re-infestation.

This may help you gain control of these pests as it offers hotvspots and other hard to treat areas. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
