"My dogs have been suffering from fleas for two years now, we have tried everything, including several popular between the shoulder blade¯ treatments. Nothing works.... Two days ago my Conquer and Archer arrived. I sprayed the yard and the inside of the house and bathed all 3 dogs with a flea shampoo. "Upon finding out it became a code violation to have bamboo within 25 ft. of a property border I knew my beautiful (to me) bamboo garden had to go. I wandered onto this site Do MY Own Pest Control to find Amber a very knowledgeable woman in the pest & plant control field. She advised me of a product that would surely kill it. I am thrilled to she she was rite on. All shoots were chopped at ground level with a saw-zaw. Then the root stump killer injected with in the 7 second time allotment that the root pulls back its own fluid. I used a 2 oz. dosage syringe for the procedure last fall. The stalks were 40 feet high & ran for 20 feet in a 2 ft containment area that was not containing them by the 4th year. This spring maybe only 8 shoots reappeared & I got right on them as I did order a case of the product. I just wanted to be prepared for the spring when shoots would come up. Excellent product. We had suffered a severe flea infestation at our summer cabin (despite the dogs being current on Vectra 3D) and ordered two cans of Ultracide from you. Spray cans can't go by air, so it turned out delivery was forecast for our last day at the cabin--with my brother and his wife scheduled to arrive a few days later! So you can imagine I was mortified when I received the UPS delivery notice email saying it had been delivered, with no UPS shipment in sight! UPS told me to contact the shipper. And your customer service people, bless their hearts, managed to track down the shipment, which had been delivered to the post office where we receive our mail. (Go figure.) Anyway, I got to the post office before they closed, got our Ultracide, and we gave the whole cabin a good spraying the morning we left. Mission accomplished!

"You cannot beat next day delivery and such ease in placing the order. However, I was disappointed with the Chaplin sprayer. The first time I used it, I followed the instructions to the letter. I used 2 oz/gal of water setting and measured the square footage of my lawn. I did not get the coverage recommended using Fertilome weed killer. The second time I used it, again I used the 2 oz/gal setting and the the chamber of the sprayer filled with water further diluting the chemical. I ended up using my old sprayer to complete the job. I will not purchase another Chaplain sprayer."

I was careful (gloves, eye protection, mask, cap, etc.), but I had no "newbie" application difficulty. Delivery (UPS 2nd day air) was fine.The accompanying Chapin Premier sprayer arrived missing a small part. Chapin quickly sent one via priority mail. Even with that delay, everything was in hand, ready to go, five days after the order was placed.[Per directions, TEST sprayers with water BEFORE filling "for real." If there is a problem, you won't be searching for an appropriate gallon storage container. In that time, I have purchased a number of items including sprayers, ant baits, fruit fly UV light trap, and an assortment of liquid insecticides. My most recent purchase for Bifenthrin and a generic Termidor (Fipronil) were actually made for a family member who has experienced a major roach infestation after a hurricane ravaged our region. We also have had roaches in the house for the first time. My dealings with this company have been extremely good. They ship very promptly. There has never been an incorrect shipment. A few times I have consulted with company pest control experts about issues and have found their advice concise, accurate and successful. This was especially true last year when our yard was overrun with fire ants. The company advice was to wet the top of the mounds with Termidor. Whereas a big box retailer may have a pest control product, look at the ingredient label. Most have active ingredients of less than 1%, not here, their active ingredients are upwards of 10 - 36%. "I found a "minor" bed bug problem in my home just after Thanksgiving. Naturally I was freaked out, not so much at the bugs but what my wife was going to do when she found out. After trying a few home remedies I found on various web sites I ended up finding "domyownpestcontrol." I started with one residual insecticide but after a little experimenting I realized that the bugs were immune to the insecticide I bought. I e-mailed D.M.O.P.C and Micheal G was very quick to answer my questions and asked a few of his own before recommending a product. Michael was great at giving me the reassurance when I needed it. As many of you may know Bed bugs can be a nightmare to deal with and it is a war not a single battle. As time went on I saw less and less activity during my daily thorough inspections. At this time it has been almost three weeks since I saw any activity or evidence of any kind. Though it's a little too soon to declare my problem solved. However I can say without hesitation that if it wasn't for Michael G and the daily e-mails, I don't think I would have ever gotten a handle on the problem. "I had stink bugs carpeting the outside of my house. So I ordered the overwintering kit and in slightly over 48 hours it was delivered to my door. Then I acquired one nightly large spider at 1 a.m. every night. So I got a little more motivated and started reading the instructions to the products in the kit. I really did not have time to use a whole gallon, I was at my desk, so I popped an email at 3:23 SATURDAY afternoon, while I debated.
