The CB-80 Aerosol product label does not list bees as a listed pest and I want to make sure it is legal.

CB-80 Aerosol will kill bees. Bees are considered beneficial insects and play an important role in the ecosystem by facilitating pollination.  They should only be exterminated if they are posing a threat.
