    Q
Does the Trapper Rat Trap use a stronger glue than the Trapper Mouse trap?
    A
The Trapper Rat and Trapper Mouse Glue boards use the same type of glue.  The only difference is the size of the board.  If you know you only have mice, then you should get the Trapper Mouse Glue Boards.  If you are not sure, then you should get the Trapper Rat Glue Board because it is large enough to catch rats and mice.

    Q
What product(s) do you recommend for killing a rat or mouse living in a wall?
I have a mouse or rat living in my wall. What product and technique would you recommend to kill it?
    A

We recommend using either glue boards or snap traps( indoors to get rid of rodents. It is important to use the appropriate size trap as a mouse trap is not strong enough to trap a rat and a rat trap is not sensitive enough to trap a mouse. Using baits indoors can lead to a dead rat/mouse in an inaccessible area that causes odor and secondary insect infestations. Read the following articles for great tips on indoor rodent control:

    Q
I hear rats in our attic and walls but no sign of them in living space what should I use?
    A

If you think there are rats in your attic you can use rat traps or glue boards like the Trapper Rat Glue Board. It is not recommended to use poison bait indoors since a rat can go to an inaccessible area and die causing a terrible odor and possibly an insect infestation. You need to place traps on their travel path and use a bait like nuts, canned tuna, or peanut butter. It could be a couple of days or sometimes weeks before you eliminate them so please be patient. It is also very important to seal up any entry points you might have. Please take a moment to look over our article on How to Rodent Proof Your Home. Q
Would the Trapper Rat Glue Board Traps work with Red Squirrels?
    A

In order for a glue board to work it has to be the right size for the rodent you're dealing with. The Trapper Rat Glue Board Traps are 10"x4.75", if they're bigger than the squirrels you're dealing with they could work.
