Is the VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine a 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine?
Does it run on just gasoline or a gas and oil mixture?

    Q
The VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine keeps catching fire every time I use it. What am I doing wrong?
    A

According to Vector Fog, if the fuel mixture is too rich that is being used in the H200SF Thermal Fog Machine this can cause the fuel to burn fast and then fire comes out of the nozzle. To fix this issue, they recommend shutting down the fuel valve by following these steps below. You may also contact Vector Fog directly at 1-844-780-6711 for addtional troubleshooting and assistance.

    1. Push START button and hold

    2. Once fuel burns up, release the START button.

    3. Then, push START button again and slowly with other hand start opening up fuel valve.(You will see fuel creeping up the fuel hose, then the machine will try to start.)

    4. Choke again and once it catches the right fuel mixture it will begin working properly.

This procedure needs to get done sometimes because customers will move the fuel valve as they operate the machine to give more fuel to the system as it operates, but they forget to return it back to the original position, so when it starts, there is fuel in the system and that's what causes the fire out of nozzle.

This unit should not catch fire if the directions on the manual are followed. This procedure and the knocking procedure are on the manual for referencing. Sometimes when customers get comfortable using the machine, they may overlook small things that can make a big difference. This machine has a pulse jet engine and the fuel air mixture is very important for proper operation.

    Q
Can the VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine be used to fog inside of a warehouse?
I have 2 very large warehouses i have to fog and i am currently only using a tri-jet. Would this speed up the process as it takes several hours with the tri-jet?
    A
The Vectorfog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine is labeled for use in a warehouse setting.
VectorFog foggers create a mist or fog that forms an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) droplet that is between 5-30 microns in length. Studies have revealed that these sizes of droplets are perfect to handle vector carriers of diseases, pathogens, and pests. Also, solutions may be applied in concentrations of 10-90%, and with flow rates of over 13.2 gallons per hour (GPH) (50 LPH) making them more efficient foggers.

    Q
Can I use the VectorFog H200SF to spray for spiders inside of warehouse? If so, what chemical would be the best?
    buildings or 35' tall
    A

VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine is labeled for use in a warehouse setting.  We would recommend using a ULV concentrate such as Riptide when fogging inside buildings instead of a thermal solution.  It should be directed to where spiders currently are as fogging only kills those insects out in the open at the time you do so.
