I want to us Taurus SC and Permethrin SFR as a maintenance spray in the home for ants and roaches. Which one should I use and how many ounces to one gallon of water?

Answer:

Taurus SC is labeled for outside applications in the soil for termite control directly around the structure. It also can be applied 1 ft up and 1 ft out directly around the structure for a crawling insect barrier for up to 6 months. You will mix 0.8 fl oz per gallon of water. This product should NOT be applied indoors. Permethrin SFR can be applied outside in the areas that you have not treated with Taurus SC. It has a 30 residual outside. It can be applied around the cracks and crevices inside once every three months. Permethrin SFR is labeled for roaches and is widely used by professionals for this purpose both indoors and outdoors. Be sure to read and follow the Permethrin product label for the best results. Below I have included a roach and ant control article for more detailed information on treating these specific insects in and around your home.   http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/getting-rid-of-ants-a-282.html   http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/how-to-get-rid-of-german-roaches-a-245.html
