Glenn from Huntington Beach, Ca writes

We have both flying and subterranean termites. What would you recommend? We are looking at Boracare.

How do I spray in the far corner of the attic?

Answer:

We would recommend first getting the type of termite identified. If you have subterranean termites, we would recommend doing a trench around the home. You will dig a 6 inch by 6 inch around the structure of the home. We would recommend using Termidor SC. You will use 0.8 fl. oz. per gallon of water. You will use 4 gallons of solution per 10 lineal feet. The termites travel in the walls and will be eradicated within 90 days. If you are wanting to do a Boracare treatment, the wood will have to be untreated. The wood will have to be sanded down and do two treatments at the 1:1 ratio. You will use 1 gallon of very hot water with 1 gallon of Boracare. This can be sprayed or painted on. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
