we've had the house exterminated 2 times put out traps, which they avoid, don't eat food, they seem to have black small turds almost like small pebbles, sometimes string-like bowels on the floor, they also avoid poison, sounds cricket-like noises, which is annoying what can be done about these mice? They appears to be light gray with a long small blackish tail. We don't know how they got into our house, all holes are filled in, but they have been here several months.

Answer:

What you are describing sounds like a species of mice more found in the Southern Hemisphere. We would recommend to use Provoke to try and lure them to the snap traps. Be sure that when you are baiting you are limiting the amount you touch the bait. We recommend the EZ Klean kit.
