Because the beetles/larva seem to be developing in an inaccessible area where it may not be possible to remove the source of the beetle we recommend you use a long lasting dust insecticide such as Alpine dust. Alpine dust consists of an insecticide and diatomaceous earth and will keep killing insects for as long as it is place and exposed to the insects. You would apply the dust using a bellow hand duster and you would need to try to get the dust into the void where beetles seem to be active. You can do this by unscrewing the wall plate of electrical outlets and and applying the dust with the duster, you can try to get the dust under the baseboard with the duster or you can drill holes about 12" off of the floor and between the wall studs and use the duster to apply the dust.
