We want to treat non-treated wooden posts for termites, what is best when trenching is not a good option?

we have a containment wall with 12x12 posts that are nontreated wood, the termites have set up home and have destroyed 5-6 posts..we would like to treat the remaining posts and are looking for the best product and method...the posts/wall is back filled on one side and a packed crushed limestone driveway on the other so trenching is not a good option

Answer:

Yes, you can use Termidor to if you can drill to the site of the termites to ensure the termites will come in contact with the termiticide. A second option would be to use a wood treatment like Boracare. Boracare can be painted, sprayed, or foamed and will penetrate up to 4 inches into the wood. Please refer to the product label as to what  application and mixing ratios.
