What are the Bora-Care with Mold-Care treatment and occupancy requirements?

How long after treating a well ventilated area with Bora Care / Mold Care should I wait before occupying the area? I'll be treating my house after 6" of flooding. I've removed 24" to 30" of drywall and insulation and will treat the exposed 2x4 studs and sole plates. Also treated will be carpet tack strips adjacent to some walls. Am I correct to assume these wooden strips will benefit from the treatment?

Answer:

When using Bora-Care with Mold-Care you would need to give it a minumim of about 6 hours or until the product dries on the wood for re-entry for occupancy. Also, this would treat the wooden carpet tack strips as well. Keep in mind that Bora-Care has a glycol base which can have an odor if it is in an enclosed area, so we do recommend it be well ventilated before re-entry as well.
