I feel them on me, and can see them when they're on my skin if I look extremely close. They don't appear to have wings and are not round, but slim. I was bit by them at a beach bar in Florida which was on a big wood deck as well, and after looking at photos of sand flies and ticks, I know they are neither of them. I don't have red welts, but itched all night after sitting outside yesterday. We seem to have them every summer. Also, I have purchased and sprayed the Tempo SC and coated the deck and house very well. They're still around. I live in the country in NW Georgia. Any help would be so appreciated.
