What can I use to rid my house and car of biting mites or no seeums?

they are invisible and infest every room in my house. they live in my carpets and seem to fly.

Unfortunantly, until we have the pest positively identified, cannot make an accurate recommendation. Please contact your Cooperative Extension Office for better assistance with this identification. Once we have the pest I.D. we can recommend a more effective treatment plan.
