What chemical should I run through my mosquito misting system in the winter?

I live in Houston and it does not get very cool for very long. I have a 40 nozzle misting system that I normally run half pyrethrin and half water. What chemical is best to run through the system in winter months to prevent clogging (when I return to the pyrethrin mixture)?
