What do I do when the products are no longer effective?

I ordered the roach control kit a few years ago and it worked great. I used all of the Gentrol but had some of the bait left. I begin seeing roaches recently. I used the bait but it seems to have expired, it's no longer effective. I purchase more Gentrol recently and it's not effective. Roaches are laying eggs and they are hatching.

Answer:

The shelf life on bait gel is about one year after it has been opened. We would recommend using another type of bait gel that has a different active ingredient then the one that was originally used. We would recommend using Gentrol IGR with an insecticide such as Temprid SC. These will both combat the roaches. Make sure not to spray the areas that were bated. This will contaminate the bait, and the roaches will no longer go after it.
