What do you recommend for shot hole borers in peach trees?

Answer:

Unfortunately there really arent any chemical options on the market for that specific type of borer. Most arborist and universities will state to just prune back the infested branches or cut down the entire infested tree and burn it immediately to prevent spread to other trees. You can see more information on how to handle peach tree shot borers at the links below. http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/r602301511.html http://insect.pnwhandbooks.org/tree-fruit/peach-and-nectarine/peach-and-nectarine-shothole-borer
