What is an effective fogging agent to kill mosquitoes?

I have a small black flag propane fogger. Their ,black flag, agent is ineffective. I can't tell there is reduction of mosquitoes after fogging. I live in the eastern Arkansas delta and we have an aggressive population of mosquitoes.
