What is the best approach to treat a compromised floor beam?

1940s timber framed home on brick piers. Cavities were drilled through top side of main (center) 6"x6" house beam to accommodate plumbing, leading to rot and cracking via combination of weakened structure and leaking moisture. Beam is now supported beneath with two 4"x4" posts and bracing timbers. Large cavity with rotted wood remains extending from drilled area, about 2-3" deep, 8"-12" long. Leaks are fixed. Need to prevent rot/mold, harden remaining beam and fill cavity. Accessible from below via crawlspace.

We would also recommend replacing any rotted wood and using a sealant or paint on the wood after application. This product will last for the life of the wood as well.
