What is the best way to keep feral cats out of my mulch?

I've used at least a half dozen sprays and non of them seem to keep the cats from using my mulch around the house foundation for their litter box....!

Answer:

We apologize you are having such a time repelling those feral cats. Since it seems that the repellants are not as effective, you may want to try traps. Like the Live Trap model 106SS . Please let us know if you have any more questions.
