What is the difference between Prime Source Duo Stick and Prime Source Surfacant?

Looking for the best spreader/sticker product to add to my pre-emergent spray tank to treat aprroximately one acre.

Answer:

Prime Source Duo Stick is a made with a methylated soybean oil and organisilicone surfactant (OSS) that strips the waxy cuticle of plant leaves for better pesticide absorption while offering excellent spreading and coverage of your herbicide. MSO surfactants are used most frequently with herbicides containing quinclorac, such as Drive XLR8. Prime Source's Surfactant 80 / 20 is a non-ionic surfactant mainly used on leaf surfaces. This product has no chemical interaction with other active ingredients and allows for a uniform delivery of the spray mix. It increases coverage and assists with penetration of the insecticide and fungicide to the plants and improves herbicide retention. This surfactant is designed to help spread and penetrate turf protection chemicals into target surfaces. When added to the spray mixture, 80/20 Select will increase the wetting ability, provide more uniform distribution on the leaf surface, and improve retention. It just simply increases performance. Unless the pre-emergent product is a pre and a post emergent, there is no reason to use a surfactant.
