What is the residual of the Safari 20 SG?

I am treating False Oleander Scale (Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli) on Banana Shrubs (Michelia figo). The scale is in various stages, including adult, on two shrubs. One, 6' in container, and a second 15-20' in ground. Both are still actively growing in the Houston area. My question is, how long is the residual effect of Safari? I'm ideally looking for an effective systemic that will be inactive by the time the shrubs begin to set flower buds in the spring (to minimize any collateral damage on pollinators such as bees). I wasn't able to locate that information on the product label, so any help you can offer is appreciated. Thanks.

Answer:

Safari 20 SG Systemic Insecticide will typically last between 6 months to 1 year. Please keep in mind that there are many variables that can influence how long a systemic is still active in the target plant such as soil condition, rainfall, and health of the plant.
