What is the safest flea adulticide I can use with NyGuard IGR for hardwood floors?.

I have indoor cats.

FenvaStar EcoCap can be applied indoors mixed with NyGuard IGR for flea control. It is mixed at 1-2 oz per gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft.
