What kind of sprayer do I need to use for Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide?

Also, please be specific on how this is used with a sprayer. (I know not what I do:)

Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide can be diluted and applied using any type of pump sprayer. We recommend the Chapin Premier one gallon. You want to mix 1oz Onslaught into 1 gallon of water in your sprayer.
