What product should CimeXa Insecticide Dust be paired with to treat for bed bugs?

I was skimming through the reviews and read a reply left by an expert on here that said that although this is a good product, you recommend not to use it alone because it can take a few days to kill bedbugs so, what can you pair this with? also what can I use to apply it?

We recommend several different products to use in conjuction with CimeXa Insecticide Dust for bed bug control.
