What should I do if I applied too much Pendulum 3.3?

I applied Pendulum 3.3 to my lawn and looks like I may have driven too slow in the front where I had lost of weeds , plus we did not have any rain for a week and temperatures reached up in the 80's therefore my lawn turned brown. we are now getting 3/4 of an inch of rain and no noticeable changes, will a low does of fertilizer or lime help to bring it back?

Answer:

Pendulum does not affect grass or weeds that are already there. It is only a pre-emergent and will prevent weeds from emerging. It should not have damaged your lawn. A fertilizer can be used. We would recommend checking out our Cool Season Lawn Guide for tips and instructions on when to do fertilize, seed, etc. your lawn.
