When and how do I apply Advion Roach Bait Gel?

After moving into my apartment last week I noticed right away that we had a roach problem. I immediately called to have exterminators come out and spray. But because of the apartment complex I live in (many roach complaints) I don't think they are going to go away with just one spray so I went online and found Advion Roach Bait Gel. I bought it and intend to apply it when it comes in. The problem is, I have read that it cannot be applied where the repellent has been sprayed. Since I don't know where the exterminators sprayed how should I go about applying it? Should I wait a certain length of time for the repellent to fade? Or if I clean the house first and then lay the bait down will it be fine? Please help, I really want the baits to work. I am terrified of roaches and am so uncomfortable being in my home.

Answer:

You should place Advion Roach Bait Gel out as often as needed.  Baits and sprays are not used in the same areas.  We have a great video here on where you should be placing the bait.  We also recommend that you use an IGR (insect growth regulator) in addition to the bait.  This will help prevent the infestation from getting larger while you are eliminating it.  We have a great guide here on treatment as well.
