When can I fertilize after using Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide with 14.3% Propiconazole?

I sprayed my St. Augustine with it.

When using Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide with 14.3% Propiconazole there wouldn't be a waiting time to use a fertilizer. You didn't state what type of fungus you are treating, so please keep in mind that some disesases can thrive when a fertilizer is put down. So with that being said, just be sure that whatever you are treating would not be included in that group.
