While cleaning my yard I found piece of wood on fence line infested with termites approx. 45 ft.

When cleaning my yard i found piece of wood on fence line infested with termites approx. 40 ft from house. I Sprayed the wood and surrounding area with talstar P (talstar one). Should i be worried about my home? When i bough the house the inspector noticed signs that the house was treated years ago.
