Unfortunately the Advion Roach Bait Gel will not kill the eggs. However, you could use the Gentrol IGR Concentrate along with it to stop the reproductive cycle in the roaches as well. This prevents pest larvae from progressing to the pupal stage of development, so the larvae die before they become breeding adults and future infestations.
