Will Bayer Advanced Complete Brand Insect Dust For Gardens kill boxelder bugs?

the labe on the liquid says it will kill boxelder bugs but i grabbed the dust thinking it would do the same however boxelder bugs are not listed on the dust do i need to exchange this for the liquid form?
