Will Bonide Mancozeb Flowable with Zinc Concentrate work on fungus on a Dwarf Blue Spruce?

Plant was diagnosed with both Scale and a fungus. Recommended Neem Oil for the Cast and this for the fungus.

Answer:

Bonide Mancozeb Flowable with Zinc Concentrate is not specifically labeled for needlecast. We would recommend using Clearys Spectro 90 WDG. You will make your first application when the new shoot growth is 1/2 to 2 inches in length. You will make additional applications at 3-4 week intervals until the conditions are no longer favorable.
