Will dusting with a B&G Bulb Duster 1150 under a lattice enclosed porch work to kill yellow jackets?

If you apply to holes that the yellow jackets are going in and out of, dusting will work to kill them. Tempo 1% Dust would be a great choice to use in the B&G Bulb Duster 1150.
