Will Hi-Yield Crabgrass Weed Control harm Centipede Grass?

I live in S.C. 29910 When is it best to spread your product Hi-Yield Crabgrass control? I'm not sure of the settings with my (Broadcast Scotts edge guard) for your Crab Grass preventer Hi-yield can you post an accurate setting?

Answer:

Hi-Yield Crabgrass Weed Control is safe to apply to Centipede grass as directed on the product label. You need to apply the product 1-2 weeks prior to the onset of conditions favorable for the weed seed germination. This will vary from region to region and you should contact your local cooperative extension office to enquire when the appropriate application time would be in your area. The product label also contains spreader settings to refer to. If your spreader is not listed, Scott's has a tool on their website that might help.
