Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled to control grubs as directed on page 4 of the product label.  Thoroughly wet down grass a few hours before applying. Home lawns should be no taller than 3 inches at time of application. Slightly more water may be used as long as the amount of product per area is as listed below. For heavy infestations, repeat application after 2 weeks. For grubs, use 1 1/2 fl. ozs. in 10 gals. of water to cover 1,000 sq. ft. You may find our article on grub control helpful.  Generally a systemic like Adonis 2F is a more recommended option for treatment.
