Will Over Top II kill cheat grass, which is also known as Downy Brome?

It is a grass that has an arrow shaped seed w/ barbs and dangerous for pets.

Fertilome Over the Top II Grass Killer  is not labeled to treat for Cheat Grass. A better option would be Grass Out Max.
