Will spraying shrubs be effective when wasp nest can't be located?

Very small Wasps swarm shrubs and appear to be aggressive. Have small children around and shrubs need to be trimmed.

Answer:

You could use a residual product like Tempo SC Ultra to treat the ornamentals and bushes where you are seeing a high activity of them. The Tempo will stay on the surface of the plant between 30-60 days and any pest including wasps that land on a treated surface would be affected by the product.
