Yes, Tempo Ultra WSP Insecticide is labeled to kill roaches as well as various other pests. One packet treats up to 10,000 sq. ft. outdoors and makes 5 gallons of finished solution for indoors. Tempo Ultra WSP are just dropped into water and the entire packet dissolves. If you are looking for the same product but an easier mixing ratio, we would recommend Tempo Ultra WP. You will use 2 scoops per gallon of water. The tub makes 21-42 gallons of finished solution.
