Will the Carpenter Bee Control Kit harm the stain on my porch?

Also, I need to put a second layer of stain on my porch this summer. If I treat with the kit first, how long do I wait to stain?

Answer:

The Carpenter Bee Control Kit contains FenvaStar EcoCap which dries clear and should not pose any staining. Please test a small area first to be sure. You should only apply the product after the stain has completely dried. All staining should be done prior to application. If you were to stain over the treatment, you would lose effectiveness from the product and after to re-apply.
