Would it be helpful to treat the dirt with Demand G Granules for chinch bugs prior to laying of sod?

Answer:

Yes, you can apply Demand G Granules before laying down sod. This will treat the ground in the area or up to three months. However, be aware that it would not treat the actual so should there be any chich bugs in that when it is put in. You would need to make another application to the sod  if this were the case.
