I would like to replace Western Exterminator monthly service with DIY

I have been using Western Exterminator for over 20 years each month. I'm retired now and would like to take over the service myself. I noticed that the serviceman sprays around the base of the house, the base of the fence and cleans out all the cobwebs that have shown up in the last month. What do I need to duplicate this level of service?
