Would Onslaught Insecticide be a safe product for all insects that is not staining, safe indoors and out, and a persistent pest control product?

I live in Dallas, Texas. I want to target all crawling insects by spraying around the house, but also safe to spray inside the house occasionally. Looking for persisitence in the 3 month range. No staining with spray. My house only so I don't need a lot to try it out. I have have used Diazinon 4E to good effect in the past but cannot get it now. What do you recommend?
