After treating with Bora Care can I use a wood hardener?

I removed dry rot and loose wood on a garaged door and will treat with Bora Care. After the BC has cured, can I treat the wood with Elmer's 16-oz. Rotted Wood Stabilizer? The area will then be filled in with bondo and painted.

Answer:

Since Borates from Boracare will be evenly distributed throughout the wood, applying wood hardener to the areas that were effected by rot will not have any adverse effects.
