We would recommend consulting with your local Master Gardener at the extension office for fertilizer rotation recommendations. Hi-Yield Weed and Feed 15-0-10 states to apply only 2 times year waiting 30 days between applications. Depending on what the fertilizer you are rotating with and what nutrients your lawn is needing will depend on application rates and rotation times. You may contact your cooperative extension here.
