Are there any laws governing doing your own pest control for an apartment complex?

Answer:

There could be restrictions depending on the state that you live in, you would need to check with your local department that handles pesticide regulations as we are not familiar with the laws in all states.  Also you would need to check with what the property management advises can be done by tenants when doing their own pest control. Some apartment complexes do not allow for this.  We would recommend checking our website for the particular item you are looking for to see if it is available to be shipped to the state you live in.  In general for most products they can be used on your own property but not on anothers for profit without a license.
