    How many rooms will one can of Phantom Aerosol treat?
    A
    How far one can of Phantom will go will depend on a few different factors; how big the room is, how many items in the room are being treated and how heavy the applicator sprays the Phantom. If you are only spot treating with the Phantom, one can will treat 3 or 4 rooms. If you are using the Phantom to treat around the bulk of a large room one can most likely will only treat 1 room.

    My house has 3 bedrooms and one large living room and carpeted all throughout. Do you think 1 kit is enough?
    Do you think I should buy a bug mattress cover after applying 1 kit?

    If you are talking about our Commercial Bed Bug Kit, then it would definitely be more than enough for a 3 bedroom house.  It might be way too much as the commercial kit is usually for larger apartment buildings and hotels treating 5 or more rooms.  For a 3 bedroom apt you should try our Bed Bug Kit #3.  Since the bed is the #1 harborage area for bed bugs, purchasing a bed bug proof mattress encasement dramatically improves your chances of taking care of the bed bug issue quickly and effectively.

    How many number of usages does the commercial bed bug kit provide?
    I need to treat 3 rooms in an apartment. How many uses does this kit provide before I would have to start buying refills?

    The commercial bed bug kit should easily be able to treat 3 rooms about 5 times.  Normally you should treat a bed bug infestation every two weeks until the problem is gone.  Number of treatments is dependent upon how bad the infestation is.

    Will Alpine Dust hurt my dogs?
    A
    Alpine Dust is a very safe product and also very effective.  Like any product you need to make sure you apply it as directed and read all instructions for it to work properly on insects and be safe for your family.  Alpine Dust is meant to be applied in cracks and crevices, underneath appliances and inside wall voids.  If you apply it correctly and in these types of areas it will not be accessible for your pets and children to come in contact with but it will be in the places that bugs like to hide.  You do not have to remove the pets and children while you are treating, but it would be a good idea to have them in a different room while you are applying the dust.  After 30 minutes have passed after you have applied the product it is perfectly safe for them to be back in the room that you treated.

    How well does the Commercial Bedbug Kit work in a motel settings?
    I have rooms uses for weekly and monthyly rental if I spray one room how often willl I have to re-spray and can adults children and dogs or cats live in the room?

    The Bedbug Commercial Kit was made specifically with hotels in mind. Rooms infested with bedbugs must be treated every 7-10 days until the infestation has been eliminated. Thoroughness will help speed up the process. Everyone needs to be out of the room while the products are being applied. They can return to the room as soon as everything is dry which usually takes 1-2 hours.

    With all the chemicals available to kill bed bugs on the market, which one or two are the best?

    Limited income. Would like to use the Bed Bug Kit Commercial product.
    I used foggers once tried heat treatment. They have been in my three bedroom mobile home I guess for some time. I got rid of all Furniture. I'm willing do in side outside treatment. The kit that's $219, I'm asking will be what I need? Because they are in every room of my home. Which now is empty.

    Where can I find the MSDS for the products in the Commercial Bedbug Kit?
    How long do people and pets need to wait before they can re-enter the treated areas?
    A

    All of the MSDS and product labels for these products can be found on the individual product pages.  All of the products require children and pets to be in an other room while you are treating.  Once the products have been applied, you should not re-enter the room for about an hour.  After that period the products should all be dry and it is ok for children and pets to re-enter the room.  Here are links to the individual products (included in the Commercial Bedbug Kit) where the product instructions and msds sheets can be found.

    Do I have to be certified to treat for bed bugs with the Bed Bug Kit Commercial at an apartment complex?
    I work for a property management company. one of the properties we manage is Section 8 and has bed bugs. HUD has given approval for us to treat in-house. HOWEVER, I wish to know if there is any reason I would need to be certified to treat with steam, or with over-the-counter products, or with non-chemical means. and if so, is there any type of quick certification available that will get me certified?

    Does this insecticide pass on to other insects like Phantom and Termidor and can you use this inside wall void?

    Yes, Alpine Dust is used in the wall voids. They walk across the dust, get it on each other and try dry out. Apply to cracks and crevices where evidence of bed bugs occurs. This includes bed frames, box springs, inside empty dressers, clothes closets, and carpet edges, high and low wall moldings and wallpaper edges. Do not use Alpine Dust on mattresses, pillows, bed linens or clothes. Reapply as necessary. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Does the Bed Bug Kit Commercial also help with roaches or ants?
    i have had my house treated for bed bugs before and the roaches disappeared as well. i have noticed the bed bugs have come back and they just tore the house across the street down now the roaches have poured back in. Just wondering if I'll need to get a different product for the roaches and ants that are starting to appear or if this will also take care of the?

    The products in the Bed Bug Kit Commercial will kill ants and roaches.     Alpine Dust and/or Phantom for Cave Crickets?
    Having purchased this Bed Bug Kit over a year ago and having most of it left, could I try my leftover Phantom and Alpine dust to treat for cave crickets? I actually pre-treated this new residence with Temprid before moving in a month ago as a preventative. We lived through bed bugs successfully in the old place thanks to DoMyOwnPestControl.com - thank you! I know the label for the other two products mentions crickets. Any advice?
